30-day money-back guarantee. If Argus doesn't earn its fee in the first month, reply to any email and we refund you in full. No forms, no calls.

How this compares

Westlaw KeyCite · $250–$800/mo

Buried inside a much larger legal-research suite; FDA enforcement data is not the product, it's a feature.

FDAzilla / Redica · $199+/mo

Focused on inspection data (483s, EIRs); doesn't center warning letters, recalls, and approvals in one weekly briefing.

Argus HQ Starter · $99/mo

All four FDA streams — warning letters, recalls, approvals, 483s — daily delivery, one plain-English briefing.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

Every record — warning letters, recalls, approvals, and Form 483 inspection citations — is ingested directly from FDA's own public data sources the week it publishes. Argus HQ does not editorialize the underlying finding; it summarizes and links to the source record.

How fast after FDA publishes does it show up here?

Free tier: within a week, in the next weekly briefing. Starter: within a day. Standard and Team: within the same ingestion cycle FDA publishes in, typically same-day.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account at any time — no phone call; at most one alternative offer, then cancellation takes effect. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

What exactly does the 30-day guarantee cover?

If a paid plan hasn't earned its fee in your first month, reply to any email from us and we refund you in full — no forms, no calls, no reason required.

Is the free tier actually free forever?

Yes. The public database, search on individual records, and the weekly briefing with a 3-company watchlist are free with no trial window and no credit card required.

What happens when a watchlist company gets a new FDA action?

It's flagged at the top of your next briefing (weekly on the free tier, daily on Starter, immediately on Standard/Team) instead of being buried in the full feed.

Are Form 483 inspection citations covered, or just warning letters?

Both — with a caveat: Form 483 coverage is currently partial while our FDA inspection-data API access is pending (see Methodology, Known limitations). Warning letters, recalls, and approvals are the complete streams today. A 483 is an inspection observation, not yet a formal warning letter — Argus tracks both stages so you can see whether a 483 escalates.

Do you cover agencies outside the FDA?

Not yet — the current database is FDA-only (warning letters, recalls, approvals, Form 483s). Additional US regulatory sources are on the roadmap; nothing to sign up for today.

How many seats does the Team plan include?

Five seats with a shared watchlist. Need more seats? Reply to any Argus email or reach out at the contact link below and we'll quote a larger seat count.

Can I get an invoice instead of paying by card, and do you provide a W-9?

Yes, on Standard and Team plans — reply to any Argus email or use the Team contact link below and we'll set up invoicing. A completed W-9 is available on request.

Is this legal or regulatory advice?

No. Argus HQ reports what public FDA records say — it does not interpret them as legal advice, and no output should be treated as a substitute for qualified regulatory or legal counsel.

Can I export the data?

CSV export is available on Starter, Standard, and Team. The free tier can view and search individual records but does not include bulk export.
