No paywall on the underlying data.

The paid product is a monitoring layer on top of that free database: Argus subscription tiers let compliance and regulatory-affairs teams build a watchlist of companies and get matched enforcement events surfaced to them daily, before they have to go looking for it themselves. The free database and the paid monitoring product share the same underlying data pipeline and the same editorial standards — nothing in the free pages is deliberately withheld, delayed, or downgraded to push a subscription.
