Argus HQ — Refund Policy

This is the plain-English version of our refund terms. The binding version lives in Section 4.3–4.4 of our Terms of Service; if the two ever disagree, the Terms of Service control.
The short version
Try Argus HQ. If it doesn't earn its place in your inbox within your first 30 days, cancel and we'll refund your first month in full — no questions, no retention pitch.
How it works
- Window: 30 days from the day you first subscribe.
- What you get back: the full amount you paid for your first month.
- How to ask: click "Cancel & get full refund" on your
/settingspage, or emailbilling@argushq.ai. Either way, cancellation is immediate. - How fast: we process the refund through Stripe, back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- After 30 days: standard cancellation applies — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, but that payment isn't refunded (except in the case in Section 4.4 of the Terms).
- Limits: this is a one-time offer per Customer entity. Creating a second account or email address doesn't unlock a second refund.
