How do I actually get the refund?
Go to /settings and click "Cancel & get full refund" — it fires the refund request immediately, no waiting on a human. Prefer email? Send anything to billing@argushq.ai and we process it the same way. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days per our Refund Policy. Either path, there is no form to fill out and no call to book.
What gets refunded?
The full amount of your first month's Subscription fee, back to the card you paid with.
What is the window?
30 days from the day you first subscribe. After that, standard cancellation applies — you keep access through the period you already paid for, but that period is not refunded.
Is there a catch?
One per Customer entity — creating a second account or email address doesn't unlock a second refund. Otherwise: no.
