I’m Andy Gaber, the sole founder of Digital Empire LLC and the person who built Argus HQ. This page exists for one reason: the site carries a “Reviewed by Andy Gaber, Founder” line on every Warning Letter, recall, approval, and Form 483 page, and that claim should point at a real bio and a real, checkable definition of what I’m accountable for — not a name with nothing behind it. The full definition of what “reviewed” means lives on the Methodology page; this page is the “who.”
What I actually do here
I built Argus HQ because compliance officers were finding out about FDA enforcement against companies they track from a news alert or a competitor, days or weeks after the agency acted. There is no team roster to pad out this page — it’s me, and Argus HQ is built and operated by Digital Empire LLC, my company.
Concretely, I am personally responsible for:
- The ingestion pipeline and record templates. The Warning Letter, recall, approval, 483, and company templates that generate every record page on this site are mine — I designed them, and I am the one who changes them when a data-quality or trust issue is found.
- The AI fact-check gate. Every AI-drafted analysis section is checked against an automated gate before it publishes (full description on Methodology). I built and tuned that gate; it is not a third-party black box I’m disclaiming responsibility for.
- A weekly spot-review of the pipeline’s output, roughly 15 minutes, checked against the Data Quality Dashboard and open corrections. This is a review of the system in aggregate, not a claim that I personally read all 1,800+ record pages before they published — seeing that claimed anywhere on this site should be treated as a bug, not a feature.
- Every correction report, sent to corrections@argushq.ai, is reviewed by me personally against the underlying FDA source document.
What I don’t claim
I am not a doctor, lawyer, or FDA official, and nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice (see the AI Disclaimer). I don’t claim a compliance or regulatory-affairs credential I don’t hold. What I do bring is direct ownership of the software that ingests, structures, and republishes public FDA enforcement data — and personal accountability when it gets something wrong.
