What does the Watchlist Grader actually measure?
Three descriptive dimensions: how much of your list we have FDA enforcement data on file for (coverage), how spread across industries your list is (diversity, since a single-industry watchlist shares a common blind spot), and how much enforcement history exists on file for the companies you listed (depth). It does not predict future FDA action for any company.
How many companies can I grade at once?
Between 3 and 10 companies per grading, free, up to 3 times per day per IP address, no signup or card required.
Is a lower score a bad sign for my company?
No — this grades the watchlist you submitted, not any single company. A low coverage score usually means some names you entered aren’t yet in our tracked database rather than anything about their compliance history.
What are the "recommended additions"?
Companies with substantial FDA enforcement history on file that are not already on your submitted list — a starting point for broadening coverage, not a claim that you must monitor them.
Can I share my watchlist grade?
Yes — each result includes a shareable score badge (a dynamically generated image) you can embed or post, linking back to this tool.
